Inclusion Criteria
1. CKD stage III-V
2. Body composition monitoring overhydration > 1 L
3. Stable dose loop diuretics at least 2 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1. On acetazolamide within 12 weeks
2. Allergy to sulfa drugs
3. Organ transplant recipient
4. Pregnancy
5. Proteinuria > 3.5 g/d
6. Hospitalized within 12 weeks
7. Metabolic acidosis/alkalosis
