Brief Summary

Study design of open labeled randomized control clinical trial is planned for the research work.About 100 patients attending the OPD of Sir Sunderlal hospital, IMS, BHU with condition of  Pre-Diabetes will rendomly selected for present study between the age of 30 and 55. Their data will is planned to be collected by using a standred research performa. Blood Test will be done for evaluation in the starting of study and at the time of ending of study for the result record.

Group A (n=50)- Yoga Protocol with Ayurvedic Medicine

Group B (n=50) - Ayurvedic Medicine

Inclusion Criteria

Patients ranging BMI (Body Mass Index) is more than 23 Blood Sugar level is 101-125 mg (FBST) and 140-199 mg (PPBS) Clinical features present in the patients Willing to participate in the study with written consent.

Exclusion Criteria
  • Not taking any other intervention of Ayush system medicines.
  • Patients suffering from Thyroid, Kidney Disease, Dropsy Pathological Condition.
