1. Patients admitted in our hospital of endocrinology department and Chinese medicine department from March 2012 to December 2013;
2. Conforms to DKD G1 (A1-3) stage diagnostic criteria;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes.
1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for DKD and diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes;
2. Those who meet the G2-G5 stages in the DKD staging criteria;
3. Acute and chronic urinary tract infection, severe thyroid dysfunction;
4. Patients with severe cardiovascular, digestive, blood, and tumor system complications;
5. Female patients during pregnancy or lactation;
6. Patients with incomplete data.
