Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with major depression disorder, bipolar mood disorder,schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients \<18yrs \>60yrs.
  • •Patients with history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, coronary artery disease.
  • •Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
  • •Patients not meeting fasting guidelines.
  • •Patients having problems in communication due to hearing problem,language barrier.
  • •Pregnant and lactating females
