Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with major depression disorder, bipolar mood disorder,schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients \<18yrs \>60yrs.
- •Patients with history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, coronary artery disease.
- •Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
- •Patients not meeting fasting guidelines.
- •Patients having problems in communication due to hearing problem,language barrier.
- •Pregnant and lactating females
