Inclusion Criteria
age 18-60 y; no change in weight during 3 month previous; intake of dairy product 2 or less serving per day; no specific diet; body mass index 25-30 kg/m2; diabetic patients; intake of hypoglycemin drug. Exclusion criteria: using insulin infusion; liver and kidney disease; Allergy; intake of antioxidant and vitamin and mineral.
