1. Patients with morbid obesity of both genders, aging between 18 and 65 years undergoing LSG will be included.
2. Patients with a Body mass index BMI >37.5 kg/m2 or BMI >32.7 kg/m2 with obesity related comorbidities (Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnoea, non- alcoholic fatty liver, hyperlipidaemia).
1. Cerebrovascular events in the past
2. Cardiovascular events (ST changes, Q wave changes, pacemaker placement, angina, myocardial infarction, Left Bundle Branch Block, Right Bundle Branch Block)
3. Peripheral vascular disease
4. Valvular heart disease
5. Psychiatric disease (Binge eating, severe depressive disorder, bipolar disease)
