1.Pre-eclamptic parturient who are on antihypertensive treatment.
2.Singleton pregnancy.
3.Elective LSCS
4.Normal bleeding profile.
5. More than 36 weeks of pregnancy.
6.ASA II and III.
1.Signs of HELLP syndrome.
2. Fetal distress and cord prolapse.
3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
4.Patients with a significant history of drug or alcohol abuse.
5.Previous LSCS.
6.Morbid obesity(BMI >35kg/m2).
7.Neurological or musculoskeletal disease.
8.Unable to understand visual analogue score.
9. Thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 80000/mm3).
10. Placental abnormalities like placenta previa and abruptio placenta
