Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I/II patients with breast cancer aged -70 years who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy within 30 days prior to surgery
Exclusion Criteria
patient refusal
patient with neuromuscular disorder
patient taking aminoglycoside/ tetracycline antibiotic
anticipated difficult intubation
patient requiring rapid sequence induction
