People with PD in stages 1 to 4 of the HY scale; aged over 60 years; with a PD medical report authorizing physical exercise; levodopa intake stabilized for at least 4 weeks.
People with balance disorders secondary to other diseases, cognitive impairment that disables the comprehension of exercises. Claudication of different etiologies, use of neuroleptics, people without independent walking or with problems in the hip joint. Participants who for some reason do not finish any of the evaluations will also be excluded from the research analysis.

Name Time Method Assessment of PD signs and symptoms. Verified by the Unified Scale for Assessment of Parkinson's Disease (UPDRS).;Assessment of body balance. Verified by the Balance Evaluation Systems Test - Mini-BESTest scale.;Measurement of functional mobility. Verified by the average walking speed of 10 meters and by the Timed Stand and Walk Test (TLCC).;Mood Assessment: Verified by the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS).;Pain assessment. Verified by McGILL Pain Questionnaire.;To understand cognitive function. Verified by Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).;Perception of quality of life.
