Age over 40 years. Both sexes. Clinical diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease. Stages 1 to 4 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale. Clinical certificate for physical activity and to attend a heated pool.
Do not walk, whether or not related to PD. To have another disease that may interfere with physical assessments, such as changes in balance of vestibular origin. Sensory, visual or auditory deficits, which prevents from following verbal and visual instructions. Contraindications to use a heated pool, such as fever, incontinence, severe change in blood pressure, open wound. Changes in Levodopa-based medication intake parameters during the study period. Do not agree with the Informed Consent Form. Absence in more than 10% of the intervention. Absence in evaluations.
