Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have been diagnosed with atrophic or erosive oral lichen planus.
2.Not allergic to fluocinolone acetonide and dexamethasone.
3.Patient has not taken antibiotics and antifungal drug.
4.Patient has no uncontrollable diabetes or dry mouth.
5.Patient does not under systemic or topical steriods at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with dry mouth.
2.Allergic to fluocinolone acetonide
3.Allergic to dexamethasone
