Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient physical status ASA 1,2,3
2. Posted for spine surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neuromuscular diseases
2. A history of malignant hyperthermia
3. Significant renal dysfunction
4. Refusal to sign consent
5. Patients exposed to general anaesthesia in the preceding 7 days before study
