- •systemically healthy individuals, non-pregnant and non-lactacting females, non-smokers, patients who havenâ??t undergone any form of periodontal therapy in the last six months, patients who are currently not on any form of antibiotic therapy.

- •The exclusion criteria were:
- •1) Pregnant females/ lactating mothers
- •2) Smokers
