Inclusion Criteria
25-75 years old
Diabetic patien
HbA1c <8
with diabetic wound = 15 *15 cm
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with immunodeficiency
Patients treated with steroids
Patients with severe malnutrition
Patients with osteoporosis, vasculopathy, cellulite and diabetic ketoacidosis
