Inclusion Criteria
Adult pregnant under spinal-epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia with American Society of Anesthesiologist classification system I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
? Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia (hypersensitive to local anesthetic, coagulation disorder, local infection around the needle insertion site)
? Incommunicable
? With severe heart disease
? With a history of spine surgery
? With anatomical abnormality of the lumbar spine
