Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult pregnant under spinal\-epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia with American Society of Anesthesiologist classification system I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia (hypersensitive to local anesthetic, coagulation disorder, local infection around the needle insertion site)
- •? Incommunicable
- •? With severe heart disease
- •? With a history of spine surgery
- •? With anatomical abnormality of the lumbar spine
