I will take patient between 18-60 years of age group undergoing tracheal intubation. patient will be nebulized preoperatively with ketamine and normal saline to see their effect on post operative sore throat after intubation.

入选标准
- •Age 18–60 years of either sex.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I and II.
- •Duration of surgery 2-3 hours.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •History of preoperative sore throat 1 week prior to surgery
- •Oral / Head and neck surgeries
- •Asthma/ Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Morbid obesity
- •Difficult intubation (mallampati grade more than 2)
- •Patient requiring nasogastric tube
- •Allergies to study drug.
