Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries under general endotracheal anesthesia.
- •2\.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
- •3\.Age: 18 – 60 Years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patient refusal
- •2\.patient with BMI more than 30 kg/m2
- •3\.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, cardiopulmonary, renal, metabolic disorders and allergic to study drugs
- •4\. Pregnancy
- •5\. Patients with preoperative HR less than 45/min
- •6\. Patients on antihypertensive medication with any alpha2 adrenergic agonists e.g. clonidine
