Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries under general endotracheal anesthesia.
  • •2\.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
  • •3\.Age: 18 – 60 Years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patient refusal
  • •2\.patient with BMI more than 30 kg/m2
  • •3\.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, cardiopulmonary, renal, metabolic disorders and allergic to study drugs
  • •4\. Pregnancy
  • •5\. Patients with preoperative HR less than 45/min
  • •6\. Patients on antihypertensive medication with any alpha2 adrenergic agonists e.g. clonidine
