入排标准

入选标准

  • Patients receiving general anaesthesia with isoflurane and sevoflurane as the inhalational agent

排除标准

  • 1.Patients on beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, any anti-hypertensive medications
  • 2.Patients diagnosed with peripheral artery disease, hypertension, cardiovascular disease
  • 3.known conditions affecting peripheral perfusion like coarctation of aorta etc
  • 4. History of long standing diabetes mellitus
  • 5. Vaso-active drug administration 10 minutes prior to the reading of surgical pleth index(SPI) before arousal
  • 6. Patients with pacemakers and cardiac arryhthmias
  • 7. Patients receiving analgesia via epidural catheter and nerve blocks
