Subjects willing to participate in the study.
Both male and female subjects between the age group of 19-50 years.
Diagnosed from any psychiatric disorder by a psychiatrist.
BMI between 25 to 34.99 kg/m2.
Patients who are able to follow commands.
Subjects having any cardiovascular or respiratory disorders.
Any congenital, malignant, autoimmune, and neurological conditions (apart from psychiatric illness).
Subjects undergoing electro-convulsive therapy.
Subjects whose CK values fall in the normal criteria i.e. 52 - 336 U/L for Male gender and for all age groups, 38 - 176U/L for Female gender and for all age groups.
