hospitalized in the ICU wards, no history of allergy to methylene blue, no renal failure, no G6PD deficiency , age 15 to 65 years, GCS <9, having tracheal tube, connecting to mechanical ventilator machine and with SIMV mode with PEEP 3 to 7 and PS 10 to 15 and feeding naso-gastric tube no more than 4 days,
Exclusion criteria: discharge and transfer from ICU wards, feeding style change, gastrointestinal complication such as intolerance to feeding, vomiting, diarrhea and GI bleeding, any allergic symptom to methylene blue

Name Time Method Rate of respiratory aspiration. Timepoint: Every three hours after gavage. Method of measurement: Observation of Blue Color in Suction Secretion.
