Inclusion Criteria

hospitalized in the ICU wards, no history of allergy to methylene blue, no renal failure, no G6PD deficiency , age 15 to 65 years, GCS <9, having tracheal tube, connecting to mechanical ventilator machine and with SIMV mode with PEEP 3 to 7 and PS 10 to 15 and feeding naso-gastric tube no more than 4 days,
Exclusion criteria: discharge and transfer from ICU wards, feeding style change, gastrointestinal complication such as intolerance to feeding, vomiting, diarrhea and GI bleeding, any allergic symptom to methylene blue
