Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult coal mine workers working in the study sites of Eastern Coalfield Area
- •2\. Workers belong to the harmful and hazardous category under ASSIST screening score will only be considered for randomization
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Workers who will not give informed consent will be excluded
- •2\. Workers belonging to Low risk and dependent/high risk group under ASSIST screening score
