Inclusion Criteria
1 patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy with or without ovarian surgery
2 choice of anesthesia is spinal anesthesia
3 age 18 65 years old
4 American physical status class 1 2
5 elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1.history of allergy to medications in the study
2.mental diseases
3.chronic pain
4.concurrent other anxiolytic or sedative drugs use
5.inability to PCA use
6.severe cardiac, liver or kidney diseases
7.history of suspected obstructive sleep apnea
8.obesity
