1. Patients with I-131 induced hypothyroidism and currently receiving thyroid hormone therapy with normal thyroid hormone levels and stable thyroid hormone replacement doses for at least 6 months
2. 18 to 70 years of age
1. Patients with thyroid cancer
2. Patients with underlying disease such as cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney failure(eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m2), diabetes mellitus, muscle disease, major depressive disorder, cancer, liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class B,C) , and malabsorption
3. Patients with abnormal calcium and phosphate levels
4. Pregnant patient
5. Patient who was already receiving vitamin D and calcium supplements
