1. Coronary artery disease patients that indicated for CABG surgery
2. Can perform informed consent patient
3. Age more than 18 years
1. Requiring concomitant procedure
2. Emergency surgery
3. all types of atrial fibrillation
4. Recent myocardial infarction not more than 2 weeks
5. Other underlying diseases including neurologic disorders, chronic renal failure requiring dialysis, liver disease, active cancer, or any other serious medical condition.
6. Absence of written informed consent
7. Recent infection (fever 38.0 C, c-reactive protein (CRP) more than 20 mg/L,)
8. Immune compromise including Anti-HIV, Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection, Treponema pallidum
9. Pregnant or breastfeeding
