- •1.Children with known allergy to study medication.
- •2.Children with devepolmental delay and mental retardation.
- •3.Liver, renal, cardiac, and respiratory disorders.
- •4.Children receiving medications known to interact with Dexmeditomidine such as furosemide, lorazepam and diphenhydramine
