Inclusion Criteria
All female and male participants with cervix, head and neck and oesophageal
cancers undergoing concurrent Chemoradiotherapy, aged between 18-65 and
experiencing moderate to severe fatigue as measured by BFI
Participants who can perform exercises
Participants willing to participate
Participants referred by oncologist
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who are diagnosed with Anaemia, reduced WBCs, dyspnoea,
active infection
Participants who cannot follow command
