- •Positive culture response to Klebsiella Pneumoniae and its resistance to Colistin
- •Age 18 or above
- •Insensitivity/interference of Doxycycline with the patient's current treatment.

- •Negative culture response to Klebsiella and subsidence of clinical symptoms
- •Causing severe side effects in the patient during treatment
- •Lack of consent of the patient or their companions to participate or continue the study
