Inclusion Criteria
a)Admitted cases at IGIMS, Patna
b)ASA I and ASA 2 with no co morbidities
c)Elective infraumblical surgery
d)Aged between 20 and 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
a)Patient refusal
b)Any opioids or sedative medication in the week prior to surgery .
c)Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy
d)Any cardiovascular disease and renal disease
e)Increased intracranial tension.
f) Pre-existing neurological disease & severe deformity of spine. g) Age <20yrs to >60yrs h) history of alcohol or drug abuse
