Inclusion Criteria

An active member of one of the Judo teams.
A history of membership for at least one year in relevant sports.
Having diploma as minimum level of education.

Exclusion Criteria

Not attending in intervention sessions for more than three sessions.
Dissatisfaction to attend an intervention.
History of psychological disorder and physical disability.
