- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Polysomnogprahy during sleeping epsiodes (silence, noise) is measured to detect differences in sleep (Total Sleep Time) between daytime and nighttime sleepers in comparison with their basline measurement.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Cognitive performace (psychomotoric vigilance test, n-back-task and visual search task) is measured with help of a computer test after sleeping episodes and 11h after getting up.
Cardiovascular parameters (Pulse Transit Time and heart rate variability) are recorded with polysomnography.
Subjektive feelings (annoyance and self reported sleep quality) are assesed with a questionaire before and after a sleeping episode.
