1)patients scheduled to undergo elective cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass
2)patients who are 20 years old or older than 20 years old
3)patients who voluntarily agree to participate the clinical trial
1)patients withpreoperative albumin < 2.0 g/dl
2)patients who disagree to participate the clinical trial
3)patients who undergo emergent surgery
4)patients with a history of allergey to albumin
5)patients with preoperaitve creatinine = 1.5 mg/dl or chronic kidney disease
6)patients with preoperaitve inotropic or mechanical support to maintain hemodynamic stability
7)patients with preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction = 40%
8)patients requiring combined aortic surgery
9)patients who are inappropriate according to investigator's discretion
