- •1. Stomach surgery
- •2. Colorectal surgery
- •3. Age: over 19 year old
- •4. Weight: over 40 kg
- •5. Hg: over 10 g/dl
- •6. American Society of Anesthesiologists I or II
排除标准
- •1. Laparoscopic surgery
- •2. Heart failure (NYHA functional class III, IV)
- •3. Ascites determined by abdominal CT
- •4. Pretibial fitting edema
- •5. Hypoalbuminemia ( <3.0 g/dL) or hypoproteinemia ( <6.0 g/dL)
- •6. Estimated GFR < 60 ml/min
- •7. Hepatic failure
- •8. Concomitant resection of other organs, such as liver, due to metastasis
