入选标准
- •Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting or valve repair/replacement procedures.
- •-Patients in the age group of 20-60 years of either gender.
排除标准
- •-Patients having contraindications to insertion of TEE transducer
- •-Patients weighing less than 25 kg
- •-Patients having organic disease of tricuspid valve, tricuspid ring/prosthesis, more than mild tricuspid regurgitation, tricuspid annular calcification
- •-Patients on pacemaker
- •-Patients having heart rhythm other than normal sinus rhythm
- •-Patients having poor TTE window
- •-Pericardial disease
- •-Patients having congenital shunt lesions
- •-Patients requiring inotropic/vasopressor support prior to induction of anaesthesia.
