Patients undergoing gynecologic/obstetric surgery at ambulatory surgery basis, ages between 19-20 yrs
including Minor obstetric/gynecologic surgery ?? ??? ??? ????? ?? hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy, hysteroscopic myomectomy, hyteroscopic lysis of intrauterine adhesion, ?? ? ????? ?? large loop excision of transformation zone (cervix), treatment of missed abortion, Bartholin’s cystectomy, dilatation, curettage, and biopsy (D/C/B), wound revision.
Patients who have allergy or contraindications to anesthetic agents, pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy, chronic opioid users, alcohol abuse, history of drug abuse, who take antiemetic agents 24 hrs before the operation, who take steroids 24 hrs before the operation, gastrointestinal disease, Cr> 1.5mg/dl, Borderline QTc prolongation (male >430ms,female >450ms)
