1. Meet the indications of colonoscopy without obvious contraindications;
2. Aged 18 to 60 years;
3. No serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other diseases and mental illness;
4. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form;
5. No adverse reactions to acupuncture.
1. Patients with anorectal stenosis and the endoscope cannot be inserted;
2. Patients with peritoneal irritation, such as intestinal perforation, peritonitis, etc.;
3. Patients with frail elderly, severe hypertension, anemia, and cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
4. Patients with arrhythmia and tachycardia;
5. Patients suspected of perforation or extensive abdominal adhesions;
6. Patients with glaucoma, patients with severe ulcerative colitis;
7. Patients who are allergic to sedative drugs, analgesic drugs, and anisodamine;
8. Patients who are intolerant of acupuncture or fear of needles;
9. Patients with scars or skin diseases at the acupoints of Hegu, Shousanli, Zusanli, and Shangjuxu.
