Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. COPD patients aged 40 years or more, 2\. Smoking history 10 pack\-years or more
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of COPD exacerbation within 3 months, 2\. Other lung diseases other than COPD eg. lung fibrosis, bronchiectasis, 3\. Inability to perform spirometry, 4\. Tracheostomy or treated with home mechanical ventilation, 5\. Inability to walk, 6\. Asthma\-COPD overlap, 7\. History of systemic steroid treatment within 6 weeks
