Inclusion Criteria
- •Parent consent to participate in the study
- •Age between 1to8 years old
- •Candidate for elective lower abdominal surgery
- •Candidate for elective lower limb surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergies to anesthesia drugs
- •Allergies to dexamethason
- •Coagulation abnormalities
- •Previous neurological disease
- •Vertebral anomalies
- •Any infection at the injection site
