  • •Candidate for elective lower abdominal surgery
  • •Candidate for elective lower limb surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Allergies to anesthesia drugs
  • •Allergies to dexamethason
  • •Coagulation abnormalities
  • •Previous neurological disease
  • •Vertebral anomalies
  • •Any infection at the injection site
