Inclusion Criteria

All pregnant women are candidates for elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

Sensitivity to Tramadol or Ondansetron
Emergency cesarean section
Contraindications to spinal anesthesia include intracranial space lesions, systemic or spinal anesthesia puncture site infection, and coagulation disorders
