Inclusion Criteria
Patients requiring spinal anaesthesia for elective or emergency surgical procedures of ASA grade I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
Previous history of allergy to drugs used
Heart disease
Pregnant and lactating women

Name Time Method To determine whether administartion of Intravenous Ondansetron has a role in attenuation of spinal induced hypotension and shivering. The following parameters will be assessed : <br/ ><br>1.The height of sensory blockade <br/ ><br>2.Heart Rate <br/ ><br>3.Blood Pressure and Mean Arterial Pressure <br/ ><br>4.Presence of shiveringTimepoint: Baseline, at 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 25 minutes
