Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients 18 years and above
  • •2\. Clinically diagnosed cases of erectile dysfunction (ED).
  • •3\. Patients with SHIMS score 8\-21 (i.e. mild and moderate cases),
  • •4\. Patients should be in a stable relationship for at\-least past
  • •5\. Sexually active by one of the
  • •following:intercourse/Caressing/foreplay / masturbation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients below 18 years of age
  • •2\. Patients with SHIMS score \< 8 or \>21
  • •3\. K/c/o urinary tract infection or prostatitis,
  • •history of prostectomy and other systemic
  • •4\. Patients with history of alcoholic and drug abuse, and
  • •5\. Patients on treatment of ED with PDE5\-I and PGE1 for last
  • •three months.
