- •2.Patient received surgery by short segment pedicle instrumentation which intermediated screw fixation

- •1.Multiple trauma include moderate to severe head injury ,chest injury ,abdominal injury
- •2.Neurological deficit
- •3.Consciousness impairment
- •4.Cognitive function impairment
- •5.Previously Diagnosed bone tumor, spinal infection and osteoporosis
