入选标准
- •A person suffering from asthma with a doctor's confirmation
- •Not suffering from other chronic diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and small airways disease.
- •Not having communication problems such as deafness and being literate
- •Living in Arak for at least one year
- •Age: 18 to 65 years old
排除标准
- •Leaving for any reason during the study, such as death, relocation and unwillingness to continue participating in the study
- •Patients with severe asthma are admitted to the ward
- •Non-attendance of sick women in half of the training sessions
- •Non-availability of female patients when completing the post-intervention questionnaire
