Inclusion Criteria

Adults between 18-65 years of age, diagnosed with isolated severe Traumatic Brain Injury (GCS < 8) admitted within 24 hours of injury

Exclusion Criteria

ââ?¬Â¢Attendantââ?¬•s refusal to consent

�Admission after injury past 24 hours

�Pregnant women

�Patients having previous history of coagulation disorder

�Patients on anticoagulant therapy.

�Polytrauma patients.

�Patients receiving blood products or have received blood products in last month.

�Patients in shock

�Patients with septic coagulopathy
