- •Adults between 18-65 years of age, diagnosed with isolated severe Traumatic Brain Injury (GCS < 8) admitted within 24 hours of injury
排除标准
- •ââ?¬Â¢Attendantââ?¬•s refusal to consent
- •ââ?¬Â¢Admission after injury past 24 hours
- •ââ?¬Â¢Pregnant women
- •ââ?¬Â¢Patients having previous history of coagulation disorder
- •ââ?¬Â¢Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Polytrauma patients.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Patients receiving blood products or have received blood products in last month.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Patients in shock
- •ââ?¬Â¢Patients with septic coagulopathy
