Exclusion Criteria

Age < 18 yrs and > 80 yrs, ASA score > 2, severe heart, liver and renal impairements, patients under Betablockers, excisting abuse of analgetic drugs, psychotropic drug, alcohol or drug abuse, Dementia or cognitive disfunctions
