Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of nipple fissure obtains a minimum score of 3 from the Store scale.
Incidence of fissure in the first 6 weeks after delivery
Ages between 18 and 40
Exclusive breastfeeding
Single term twin delivery with normal weight baby (2500-4000 g)
No abnormalities in the mouth, palate, jaw and face in the mouth.
No mother's disease with nipple abnormalities such as nipple or history of previous surgery on breast and areola
Mother's lack of skin diseases and allergies based on mother's self-declaration
Mother's lack of mental illness based on mother's self-declaredness.
Do not use shower milk or breast interface.
No infection with oral fungus.
History of insensitivity to cucurbita pepo seed oil or other compounds of pumpkin plant based on mother's self-declared
Having the desire to participate in the study
Having an active hotline for study follow-up

Exclusion Criteria

Start feeding the baby with milk bottle after entering the study.
Using milking or breast interface after entering the study.
The baby is infected with oral fungus after entering the study.
The mother developed an abscess or yeast breast infection after entering the study.
The mother's use of other treatments other than the proposed treatment.
Unwillingness to continue collaborating in the study.
Losing one of the follow-up turns
Non-compliance with the interval of intervention
