Patients aged 18-66 years; indication for endodontic treatment; diagnosis of pulp necrosis; irreversible pulpitis; chronic hyperplastic pulpitis; Presenting only one molar with indication for endodontic treatment; coronary structure with ability to receive absolute isolation
Pregnancy; systemic disease including recent myocardial infarction; uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes; ingestion of any type of medication before treatment; spontaneous preoperative pain; presence of internal or external resorption; periodontal disease; periapical pathology; anterior and premolar teeth; lack of patient collaboration; intolerance to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; tooth with indication of endodontic retreatment; orthodontic movement; anatomical alteration and root curvature greater than 25º
