File diagnosis of SUD (mild, moderate, severe) as per DSM-5 and diagnostic criteria
based on assessments (except primary diagnosis of tobacco use disorder)
Ability to comprehend spoken English (minimum education of 7th standard)
Those under acute intoxication or continuing to have severe withdrawal symptoms
Presence of severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia or major depression with
psychosis at the time of intake.
Presence of acute psychosis at the time of intake.
Presence of any neurological conditions such as frontal lobe syndrome or neuropathy as indicated in file diagnosis.
Intellectual disability (as per file diagnosis)
Having undergone structured psychotherapy in the past one year.
