1. Planned to undergo Cardiac surgery.
2. 40-70 years old
3. BMI <30
4. Patients belonging to ASA grade II and III
5. Elective surgery.
1.Spine malformation or vertebral space occupying lesion or Infection at the site of paravertebral injection
2.Endocrine, Metabolic, Neurological and Psychotic disorders.
3.Allergies to study drugs
4.Severe hepatic (ALT or AST >3 times the upper limit of normal) or renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >178mmol/L and blood urea nitrogen [BUN] >9mmol/L
5.LVEF <40%,Valvular disease or intra-aortic balloon pump.
