- •1. Planned to undergo Cardiac surgery.
- •2. 40-70 years old
- •3. BMI <30
- •4. Patients belonging to ASA grade II and III
- •5. Elective surgery.
排除标准
- •1.Spine malformation or vertebral space occupying lesion or Infection at the site of paravertebral injection
- •2.Endocrine, Metabolic, Neurological and Psychotic disorders.
- •3.Allergies to study drugs
- •4.Severe hepatic (ALT or AST >3 times the upper limit of normal) or renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >178mmol/L and blood urea nitrogen [BUN] >9mmol/L
- •5.LVEF <40%,Valvular disease or intra-aortic balloon pump.
